Set Up/Take Down
Number Needed
• 12 people for each job
Hours Needed
• Set up: 10:00am to noon
• Take down: 6pm until finished
Setup prior to the noon start and tear down/clean up after 6pm. Includes preparations for vendors to find and stock their locations, distribute programs, help vendors with locations to park their vehicles, put up banners to identify information and hospitality tents, put out signs and poster of days event and schedule, etc.
Parking Lot Assistants
Parking lots – collect $5 parking fee per car :
• Good Sam Church
• Train Station
• Paoli Baptist Church
• Paoli United Methodist Church
• Daylesford Abbey
• Paoli Presbyterian Church
Number Needed
• 42 people for seven lots
Hours Needed
• 11am to 5pm (2 hour shifts)
Venue Coordination and Management
Two venues (other than the main stage):
• Malvern Federal Bank
• Paoli Shopping Center
• Number Needed - 4 people (2 people per venue)

Hospitality Bags
• Coordinate bag donations of food, water, etc
• Make up bags prior to event and distribute all day to bands, sponsors, etc
Number Needed
• 4-6 people
Hospitality Tent
Number Needed
• 8-10 people
• 2 to 3 people per shift (3 hour shifts)
Hours Needed
• 11am to 7pm
Comments
• provide food, drink, etc for bands, sponsors,
volunteer staff, stage managers
Runner (do whatever's needed)
Number Needed
• 6 people
• 3 hour shifts
• Give out programs, help at beverage tents, hand out hospitality bags to bands and sponsors, overall any job needed to be done
Hours Needed
• 10am to 6:00pm
Information Tent
Number Needed
• 15 people – Main Stage
• 8 people – Community stages – 4 Malvern Federal and 4 Paoli shopping Center (may have soda sales also at these community stages)
• Shift of 2 people or more (2 hour shifts)
Hours Needed
• 11am to 6:30pm
Comments
• Handles questions about performances, directions, locations, volunteer check in and assignments, handout Fest programs, T Shirt and poster sales, as well as bands CDS sales and other catch all items. There is a good amount of activity in this area due to its location.

REACT food donations, Waste Management & Recycling
• Management and delivery
Number Needed
• 6 people to pick up REACT donations 2, 4, and 6pm at all stage locations or whenever containers are full
• Empty trash and replace with new bag—collect
trash bags and recycling - deliver to dumpster or designated collection area
• Deliver donations to REACT at 6:30pm for delivery to REACT— must have a valid license and insurance
Hours Needed
• Noon to 7pm
Soda Concessions
Soda Sales – 3 to 4 locations at Main Stage
Number Needed
• 12 to 15 people
• Shifts of 3 hours or more
Hours Needed
• 10:30 to 6:30pm
Sell and restock soda, refresh ice, ensure drinks are cold, make change – money will collected throughout the afternoon
Beer Garden
Ticket Sales, Bar Tenders, Security/ID Check
Number Needed
• 20 people
Ticket Sales - 6 people
Bartenders - 12 people
Security/ ID Check – 2 people plus Police assistance
• Shifts of 3 hours or more
Hours Needed
• 10:30am to 6:30pm
Comments
• Will have bank collect monies throughout the day to keep minimum cash at table
